Oats and apple porridge

What you need-- 1 apple, 4 cups of water, 2 cups of old fashioned oats

Recipe-

Boil 4 cups of water in a pan

Add 2 cups of oats into the hot water

Peel the apples, cut it into pieces and add it into the water with oats

Let the pan simmer for few minutes and cover the pan. 

After few minutes the porridge will be ready. 

You can also mix the porridge into the blender for smooth paste for the baby.

Today, I was sitting and reading newspaper and suddenly saw news of rape of a girl in a town. I stabbed by that news. That was news of a young girl of age 14, and I felt so sad about that girl. Oh God! What’s happening to our nation? Can anyone think what that girl is suffering from, my soul got shiver after thinking, that a man is raping a girl with all his power and energy where a girl is defending herself.  I can feel what that girl is going to suffer in the age of 14, because 14 is the age where a girl is growing mentally and as well as physically. That’s the age of playing with dolls and talking with friends. The rapist must sentence to death. One death penalty will make thousand others fearful of even thinking or dreaming about committing a rape. Is this a nation of proud where a girl can’t take her breathe freely or is this nation of freedom, where women and girls can’t walk easily in her town. This is a serious problem which should be stop as soon as possible. One should know the importance of a girl and place of a girl on this earth. This earth is growing just because of girls, girls gave birth to a life and if we should not know the importance of girl that how much pain does a girl in giving birth to a life then there is no means of living here on this earth. The main problem is of this heinous crime RAPE is the parents living in this country. They don’t try to give good consecrations to their children. If I look upon today’s parents then I must say that today’s parents wants  their child to be a good musician , a good player , a good doctor , a good engineer or a good dancer but none of them want their child to be a GOOD HUMAN BEING. How could be a parent like that?  Why they don’t want their child to be a good human being, why they don’t give good consecration to their child about respecting girls around them. Why teenager boys tease girls and whistle on their back? I don’t understand why parents don’t try to teach their child for respecting girls. If you teach good lessons to your ward then you definitely can help a life and it will go generation to generation because if a child understands this problem then he or she will teach transfer to other generation. I just want to request all readers to look upon this problem because this is a serious issue which is lacking in this country, in our country. There must not be anything less than death penalty for the culprit who destroys the whole life of victim and her family. However in my view death punishment is not the solution because there is much chance of murdering women, it would amount to kind of revenge. The solution lies in understanding the pain of the problem and some social changes. Why do some people indulge in this behavior? WE SHALL ADDRESS OUR CHILD AND OUR SURROUNDING CHILD ABOUT DISCUSSING THIS SEVERE PROBLEM AND SOCIAL UPBRINGING. I THINK WE CAN AND WE SHOULD CHANGE THE MENTALITY OF ROOTS OF THIS PROBLEM. ONLY THE THING IS WE SHOULD START IT FROM TODAY AND PROMISE TO OUR SELVES NOT TO GOING ABSORB THIS CRIME IN OUR HEART.
